Ingredients:
Cloves (Krambu or Lavangam) 50 gms
Cinnamo (Pattai) 50 gms
Annasi Poov (Star Anise) 50 gms
Cashew nut 100 gms
Kasa Kasa (Poppy seeds) 100 gms
Jeeragam (Cummin seeds) 100 gms
Method:
- Fry each item separately in a frying pan ( no need to add oil).
- Then cool the spices after frying it.
- Grind all the spices together in a mixcy.
- Garam masala powder is ready.
