A great evening tiffin for the weekend.
Ingredients
White Bread 6 slices
Milk 1 Cup
Egg 1
Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Ghee
Method
- Beat the egg and add sugar.
- Beat it well till sugar dissolves.
- Dip a slice of bread in the egg batter and put it in hot tawa.
- Sprinkle ghee around the bread and turn side and cook it.
- Bombay toast is ready.
