Milk 4 Cups
Sugar 1 Cup( as needed)
Cardamom Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
- Wash the carrot and peel it and cut in in chunks.
- Pressure cook the carrot.
- Grind the cooked carrot in a mixcy and make a paste.
- Meanwhile boil the milk in a pan.
- Add the carrot paste to the boiling milk and mix well.
- Boil it well and keep stirring.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder.
- Carrot kheer is ready.
- Cool it and serve the carrot kheer.
