Carrot Halwa

Ingredients:

Carrot grated 2 Cups
Sugar 3/4 to 1 Cup(As needed)
Milk 2 Cups
Cashew roasted in ghee a handful
Cardamom powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Ghee

Method:
  • Add ghee to kadai, then add grated carrot and fry still raw smell goes.
  • Add milk and cook the carrot well, make it thick.
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Finally add fried cashew nut.
