Pepper Pork

Ingredients:

Pork 1/2 kg (Cut into chunks and wash it)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder 2 Teaspoon
Small Onions(Shallots) 3 to 4
Salt
Oil

Method:
  • Add oil then to pressure cooker, add small onions and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add pork, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt.
  • Close the cooker and cook for 30 minutes (5 to 6 whistles)
  • When pork is cooked, fry it dry and garnish with coriander.
