Milk 1/2 litre
Rava (Semolina) 50 gms
Cardamom powder a pinch
Sugar 3/4 Cup (As needed)
Condensed milk 2 Tablespoon
Cashew nut 12
Ghee 1 Tablespoon

  • Fry Cashew nut in ghee and keep it aside.
  • Add milk to a pan and boil it.
  • Add cardamom powder to milk.
  • Add rava little by little (to avoid lumps) to boiling milk and mix well.
  • When rava is cooked add sugar and mix well.
  • Add fried cashnew nut and condensed milk.
  • Now phirni is ready.
