Rice powder 1 Cup
Gram Flour(Kadalla MAvu) 1/2 Cup
Asofoetida a pinch
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt a needed
Butter 1 Teaspoon
Water as needed
Oil for deep frying
- Mix the rice powder and gram flour.
- Add chili powder, salt and mix well.
- Add butter and mix well with hand.
- Sprinkle water as needed and mix well to make the dough.
- Be careful do not add excess water.
- Put the dough in murukku press and press it in hot oil.
- Fry and remove it and cool it.
- Store it in dry container.
