Chasew nut 150 gms
Gram flour 4 Tablespoon
Rice Powder 2 Tablespoon
Maida(Plain flour) 1 Tablespoon
Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Oil to fry
- Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a kadai.
- Mix gram flour, rice powder and maida with the hot oil 2 tablespoon of hot oil.
- Add chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Mix the powder with 3 tablespoon of water.
- Add cashew and mix well.
- Fry the cashew in oil.
