Set Dosa


Raw Rice (pacha arasi) 3 cups
Rice flake (aval) 1 cup
Urid dhal 1 cup
Fenugrek(vendhayam) 1 Tablespoon

  • Soak the above ingredients in water for 4 hours.
  • Grind it to a batter like dosa batter.
  • Leave in over night for fermenting.
  • Use the batter to make set dosa on a hot dosa tawa.
Set Dosa goes well with chutney.
